Welcome to O Tempora, O Mores!

This blog doesn’t yet know where it’s going. If you can work that out, please let me know. In case you are wondering “O tempora! O mores!” is a quotation from the Roman orator Cicero:

“Oh the times! Oh the morals!” (Marcus Tullius Cicero, Catilina I, 1, 2 ) also translated “Oh the times! Oh the customs!”.

I often feel compelled to think it: “O tempora! O mores!”, sometimes with irony and sometimes with no irony whatsoever.

I think I’m getting old.
